The Xplorers continued their work on the wind turbines, with mixed success:
Foam hubs fail after multiple uses, so that the turbine blades will not maintain the correct angle.
Use of hot glue causes foam to melt, creating cavities.
Should create an alternative turbine hub system- perhaps hot glue vanes to cardboard, which is then velcroed to a wooden hub piece.
Will try using closed-cell foam cylinders attached to cardboard.
